सलमान ने ही की चिंकारा की हत्या: ड्राइवर

हाईकोर्ट द्वारा सलमान को बरी किए जाने के दो दिन बाद ड्राइवर हरीश दुलानी का बयान आया है। दुलानी को गुमशुदा बताया गया था। दुलानी ने कहा कि अभिनेता सलमान ने ही चिंकारा की हत्या की थी।

राजस्थान उच्च न्यायालय ने जोधपुर में वर्ष 1998 में चिंकारा के शिकार के दो मामलों में 50 वर्षीय अभिनेता को बरी कर दिया है। दुलानी ने यह भी कहा कि वह फरार नहीं हैं, बल्कि धमकियों की वजह से डरा हुआ है।
दुलानी ने कहा, ‘मैं 18 साल पहले मजिस्ट्रेट के समक्ष दिए गए बयान पर कायम हूं कि सलमान कार से उतरे और हिरण को गोली मारी। मैं लापता नहीं था, लेकिन मुझे और मेरे पिता को मिली धमकियों के कारण डरा हुआ था। डर से मैं अपने रिश्तेदारों के पास जोधपुर चला गया। हमने सुरक्षा की मांग की थी, लेकिन वह नहीं मिली। यदि मुझे पुलिस सुरक्षा मिली होती तो मैंने बयान दिया होता। हमेशा से मेरी यही मंशा थी।’
अदालत ने अपने फैसले में कहा कि चिंकारा के शरीर से मिली गोलियां सलमान खान के लाइसेंसी बंदूक से नहीं चलायी गयी थीं। शिकार के इस मामले में दुलानी अभियोजन पक्ष का एकमात्र गवाह था। उसे 2002 से ही गायब बताया जा रहा था, जिसके कारण सलमान के खिलाफ अभियोजन पक्ष का मामला कमजोर पड़ गया।अधिक जानकारी के लिए क्लिक करें @ http://goo.gl/7bzKxy

क्रिकेट-खेल प्रबंधन में सुधार का वक्त

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने मिशन बना कर भारतीय क्रिकेट प्रबंधन को बदलने का फैसला किया और आखिरकार उसमें बदलाव के लिए की गई सिफारिशों पर अमल का निर्देश दे दिया। इसके लिए पहले सर्वोच्च अदालत ने एक रिटायर चीफ जस्टिस आरएम लोढ़ा की अध्यक्षता में कमेटी बनाई और फिर उसकी सिफारिशों पर सुनवाई करके उसमें से ज्यादातर सिफारिशों को छह महीने में लागू करने का आदेश दे दिया।

क्रिकेट या खेल प्रशासन से पुराने मठाधीसों के पर कतरना एक बात है और संगठन के बुनियादी चरित्र को बदलना दूसरी बात है। आशा है नए उपायों से क्रिकेट के संचालन में उत्तरदायित्व सुनिश्चित होगा। बीसीसीआई चाहती तो वह पहले ही अपेक्षित सुधारों को लागू कर न्यायिक हस्तक्षेप से बच सकती थी। लेकिन उसने सुधारों को रोकने का प्रयास किया। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने क्रिकेट मैचों के प्रसारण के समय हर ओवर के बीच विज्ञापन दिखाने पर रोक नहीं लगाई। ऐसे ही कोर्ट ने बोर्ड की सदस्य इकाइयों के बीच राजस्व बंटवारे के मौजूदा तरीके को बदलने का आदेश नहीं दिया। यह होता तो बीसीसीआई के पैसे की ताकत का आधार ही खिसक जाता। उस नाते बीसीसीआई का जलवा और सेहत जस का तस रहना है। सो, अब बड़ा सवाल है कि इन सिफारिशों को लागू कर देने से क्या भारतीय क्रिकेट का प्रबंधन बदल जाएगा? कई राज्यों में नेताओं की बजाय पेशेवरों के हाथ में प्रबंधन की कमान है, लेकिन उससे कोई बड़ा गुणात्मक बदलाव आ गया हो, इसकी मिसाल नहीं है। भारतीय क्रिकेट के कोच बनाए गए अनिल कुंबले खुद भी कर्नाटक क्रिकेट एसोसिएशन के अध्यक्ष रहे हैं, लेकिन उनके अध्यक्ष रहते भी कामकाज उसी ढर्रे पर चलता रहा, जिस पर पहले चलता था।

भारत का क्रिकेट बोर्ड दुनिया का सबसे शक्तिशाली और धनी बोर्ड है और इसने भारत में क्रिकेट को कायदे से विकसित किया है। कई बरसों से भारतीय क्रिकेट टीम दुनिया की शीर्ष टीमों में शामिल है। टेस्ट, एकदिवसीय और ट्वेंटी ट्वेंटी मुकाबलों में भारत का रिकार्ड शानदार है। आईपीएल एक सुपरहिट टूर्नामेंट है और राज्यों के स्तर पर क्रिकेट के विकास के लिए बहुत कुछ हो रहा है। सुधारों की सिफारिश लागू होने के बाद इसमें और क्या सुधार होगा, यह देखने वाली बात होगी। एक अच्छी बात यह है कि अदालत ने सीएजी के एक सदस्य को क्रिकेट बोर्ड में शामिल करने की सिफारिश मान ली है। इससे भारतीय क्रिकेट कंट्रोल बोर्ड की हजारों करोड़ रुपए की कमाई और उसकी बंदरबांट पर लगाम लग सकती है। उसके बाद उस कमाई का इस्तेमाल बेहतर ढंग से हो, नई क्रिकेट अकादमी बनें, नए स्टेडियम बनें और नए खिलाड़ियों को प्रमोट करने का काम हो तभी इसका फायदा है। दूसरी अच्छी सिफारिश हर राज्य के लिए एक बोर्ड बनाने और बीसीसीआई में हर राज्य का एक वोट रखने की है। बिहार जैसे राज्य का कोई प्रतिनिधित्व बीसीसीआई में नहीं है, जिसकी वजह से वहां क्रिकेट फीसड्डी है। सुधारों को लागू करने से स्थिति बदलेगी।

बहरहाल, सुधारों को लागू करने के बाद भी क्रिकेट प्रशासन में उन्हीं का जलवा रहेगा, जो अभी कमान में हैं। लेकिन वे ज्यादा सावधानी से अब काम करेंगे। इसके अलावा अदालत ने क्रिकेट में सट्टेबाजी को वैध बनाने का फैसला संसद पर छोड़ा है। यह एक बड़ा मामला है। भारत में क्रिकेट सट्टेबाजी और फिक्सिंग की वजह से बार बार बदनाम हुआ है और इस पर बहुत सख्त कदम उठाने की जरूरत है। सट्टेबाजी की वजह से ही मैच फिक्स होते हैं, इसलिए इन दोनों पर एक साथ विचार करने की जरूरत है। अधिक जानकारी के लिए क्लिक करें @ http://goo.gl/vC1jWP

Hrithik Publicises his fight against Kangana in IIFA!

There has been a lull in the story that seems straight from the Bollywood flick. Fan turns into a star, and plays a part with her favourite hero... and suddenly fantasies roll up. Yes, that is what the life of Kangana Ranuat seems to have played out in the last couple of years. Unfortunately, the award winning heroine fell for the Greek god, and much married then, Hrithik Roshan. And out of nowhere, Mr. Roshan, as per Bollywood News in Hindi mentioned in the recent IIFA Awards in Spain.

What Hrithik said in IIFA
Hrithik was quoted saying that nothing was behind him, rather everything is clearly in front of everyone to see. The actor answered to the question on his upcoming movie Mohenjo Daro and if and how the rumours affected his work. A thorough professional, Hrithik was upbeat about his preparation and said that his personal life does not affect his work or his commitments. Kangana Ranuat has not responded to the comment as yet. After all, her lawyers have asked her to avoid making any public statement regarding Hrithik or his associates on the matter as long as the case is pending for hearing in the court.

How it all began?

Kangana Ranuat was considered as a close member of the Roshan clan, as she has worked in two in-house movies- Kites in 2009 and Krrish 3 in 2013. She was a favourite for Roshans’s and her close association with Hrithik’s father- Rakesh, seems to have polished her acting talent. She did award-winning performances in Tanu Weds Manu, Queen and Revolver Rani after that.

Kangana’s fantasy turned into a battle of wits when she responded to multiple mails from Hrithik’s fake email ID. From engagement to proposal on marriage, the mails had every detail from Kangana, but not a single reply from Hrithik. Investigators see it as a fake fan ID that took advantage of Kangana’s star profile.

She called Hrithik her “silly ex”, and then all hell broke loose, pointing to how she has been considered as the “Other Woman”, in most of her previous relationships.

The Past comments

Hrithik has never spoken to the media on the legal tussle with Kangana and has largely kept it to himself. The closest anyone could give a comment on their so-called “mystery” relation was his ex-wife, Suzzanne, who categorically denied that the star ever had any connection with the heroine other than professional reasons. Though to the core, she exemplified Hrithik’s commitment in a relation and acquitted him of any extra-marital affair. Even so, when Kangana’s lawyer debate that the relation started after Hrithik’s divorce!

The future ahead

From Latest Bollywood News Hrithik is yet to receive the public apology he had asked for from Kangana for her outrageous public comment. Throwing caution in the wind, Hrithik’s latest IIFA comment is a clear indication that the probe is over, and the case reports will be furnished shortly.

Professionally, both actors are on a career high, where Hrithik has begun promotions for MohenjoDaro, and shooting for Sanjay Gupta’s Kaabil. Kangana is ready with her romantic movie Rangoon, and has recently signed Hansal Mehta’s Simran.

क्रिकेट प्रशासन में आएंगे नए चेहरे

अगले छह महीने में भारतीय क्रिकेट प्रबंधन का चेहरा बदल जाएगा। कम से कम परदे के सामने के कई चेहरे बदल जाएंगे और उनकी जगह नए चेहरे आ जाएंगे। इसकी शुरुआत शरद पवार ने कर दी है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने जस्टिस आरएम लोढ़ा कमेटी की जिन सिफारिशों को मंजूर किया है, उसमें से दो सिफारिशें बहुत खास हैं। एक सिफारिश 70 साल से ऊपर के लोगों को प्रबंधन में नहीं रखने की है और दूसरी एक से ज्यादा पद नहीं लेने की है। इन दोनों सिफारिशों से ही बहुत कुछ बदलेगा।

भारत के मध्यवर्ग में अब छोटे काम वाले भी!

भारत का मध्यवर्ग बदल रहा है। इसमें अब केवल नौकरीपेशा ही नहीं रह गए हैं। नए मध्यवर्ग में अब ड्राइवर, कारपेंटर, छोटी-मोटी थड़ी चलाने वाले, खान-पान के ठेले या छोटे रेस्टोरेंट-ढाबे चलाने वाले, टैक्नीशियन का काम करने वाले, प्लंबर, इलैक्ट्रिशियन आदि सब शुमार हो गए हैं। आने वाले वक्त में यह दायरा और बड़ा होता चला जाएगा।

यह दिलचस्प जानकारी मुबंई विश्वविद्यालय के अर्थशास्त्र विभाग की ओर से कराए गए एक अध्ययन में सामने आई है। इसका विषय था- द राइज ऑफ द न्यू मिडिल क्लास एंड द रोल ऑफ ऑफशोरिंग सर्विसेज। अध्ययन में निम्न मध्यवर्ग से तात्पर्य जिसका रोजाना का खपत खर्च दो से चचार डॉलर यानी 134 रुपए से 268 रुपए के बीच है। जबकि गरीब व्यक्ति का रोजाना खर्च दो डॉलर से भी कम है।
वहीं मध्यवर्ग का प्रति व्यक्ति यह खर्च चार से छह डॉलर और उच्च मध्य वर्ग का प्रति व्यक्ति खर्च छह से दस डॉलर के बीच है। यह अध्ययन 800 परिवारों पर किया गया था। इसमें पाया गया कि हर परिवार के लोगों के पास सेलफोन और घड़ी थे। 70 फीसद से ज्यादा परिवार ऐसे थे जो बिजली का इस्तेमाल कर रहे हैं।अधिक जानकारी के लिए क्लिक करें @ http://goo.gl/pJYpk0

Shortage Of Women Candidates In State Polls A Matter of Concern

On 8th May, International Mother’s Day celebrated all over the world saw large numbers of messages dedicated to mother. Unfortunately, these messages of women empowerment are not reflected in the political scenario of India even till date. According to Hindi News Online, hardly 10% of women candidates are contesting in the current elections across the four different states. In states like Kerala, Assam and West Bengal, the numbers of women contestants have almost become stagnant. On the contrary, in the state of Tamil Nadu, the numbers of women contestants have almost doubled. In the last assembly polls, the percentage of women contestant was about 6% and the percentage has risen to about 11% this year.

It is true that the chief minister of Bengal is a woman, but leaving aside that fact only 10% of political tickets was given to women in 2016. The same situation can even be witnessed in Kerala, where less than even 6% of women contested in the elections. In 2011, both these states almost had the same percentage of women candidates in the state election. As far as, Assam is concerned, it has improved its marginal tally, and the percentage of women candidates has risen from 8% to 9%.

In 2011, despite the participation, the percentage of women winning in all these four states was very low and depressing. Only 9% of women won the elections, as per the records of the National Election Watch. Out of 285 seats in Bengal, only 33 seats were won by women, which amount to approximately about 12%. In Assam, the results were poorer because only 11% of women won seats out of 126. The percentage was even lower in the state of Tamil Nadu, whereby only 7% of women candidates won while in Kerala, the percentage of win was only 6%.

The influence created by the women voters is largely reflected in the promises made by the parties, be it maternity benefits, prohibition and even pension schemes. The Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu promised to increase the financial assistance recently under a maternity scheme. It was declared that the amount will be increased from Rs 12, 000 to Rs 18, 000. Women will also get subsidy for buying scooters and special training will be provided them for learning to ride. Live Hindi News states, Mamata Banerjee had promised a pension scheme in Bengal and claimed to increase the numbers of police professionals.

In some states, the numbers of women voters outnumber the male ones. States like Rajasthan, Bihar, Odisha, Punjab, Uttarakhand and Tamil Nadu have witnessed a rise in the female population. Different political parties claim that they are actively wooing the women voters. It was evident in 2014 when the percentage of women voters rose from 55% to about 66%. This can work as a positive point for most of the states to encourage women not only to vote, but also to contest in the elections and win the race against male voters.

प्रधानमंत्री का खुद मंत्रियों की बैठक में शामिल होना बताता है कि बढ़ी महंगाई को लेकर एनडीए सरकार कितनी चिंतित है। महंगाई हमेशा ही राजनीतिक रूप से संवेदनशील मसला रही है। फिर भी अजीब यह है कि जब कीमतें सामान्य स्तर पर आ जाती हैं, तो सरकारें निश्चिंत हो जाती हैँ। पूर्वानुमान के आधार पर ऐसे उपाय नहीं किए जाते, जिससे खाद्य पदार्थों और रोजमर्रा की जरूरत वाली चीजों के दाम एक सीमा से ज्यादा ना बढ़ें। अब जबकि दाल के बाद चीनी और सब्जियों के भाव तेजी से चढ़े हैं, तो सरकार हरकत में आई है।

ऐसे में बाजार का ताजा रुख चिंता पैदा करने वाला है। फिलहाल कई जगहों पर टमाटर 100 रुपए किलो तक बिक रहा है। ताजा सरकारी आंकड़ों के अनुसार बीते तीन महीनों में दालें 35 फीसदी, आलू 60 प्रतिशत और आम सब्जियां 12 प्रतिशत महंगी हुई हैं। चीनी का मूल्य 22 फीसदी बढ़ा है। नतीजतन मई में खाद्य पदार्थों की थोक भाव आधारित महंगाई दर 7.88 प्रतिशत तक पहुंच गई। कुल खुदरा मूल्य आधारित मुद्रास्फीति दर बढ़कर 5.76 प्रतिशत हो गई। मानसून आने में देरी, गर्मी, बीते दो सीजन में कृषि पैदावार में गिरावट, जमाखोरी, डीजल के दाम में इजाफे को ताजा महंगाई का कारण माना गया है। ये तमाम कारण पहले से जाहिर थे। सरकार तभी सचेत होती, तो उसे आग लगने पर कुआं नहीं खोदना पड़ता। @ http://ow.ly/LKpf301lLZ6
